As a gynecologist, we perform a routine gynecological exam . This will involve a visual inspection of the external genitalia, a speculum examination to visualize the cervix and vaginal walls, a Pap smear if indicated, a bimanual examination to assess the uterus and ovaries, and an assessment of the pelvic floor muscles.
